李三江，男，1975年2月生于陕西。2001年毕业于四川大学数学系，获博士学位。自2001年9月起在清华大学计算机系工作，历任博士后、助理研究员、副研究员，主要从事人工智能理论和空间推理方面的研究。先后在香港城市大学、德国弗莱堡大学、澳大利亚国立大学、西悉尼大学、英国利兹大学等校进行合作研究。曾负责多项国家基金，其中一项被国家自然科学基金委评为特优结题项目。

　　自2001年来，李三江系统深入地研究了空间推理的拓扑方法，并在空间拓扑关系模型和空间约束求解等方面取得重要成果。反映这些成果的部分工作已发表在Artificial Intelligence (4篇)、Theoretical Computer Science等著名国际刊物和IJCAI、AAAI等著名国际会议。他的研究揭示了空间关系模型和时间区间代数在复合推理方面的重大差别，激发了国际同行对弱复合与外延性复合之间差异的研究。自发表以来，这些工作已被国外同行公开评论、引用愈50次，引用刊物包括Artificial Intelligence, Theoretical Computer Science, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Review等。2004年,李三江获洪堡学者(Alexander von Humboldlt Research Fellowship)，2006年,李三江获首届微软青年教授奖。

　　程学旗，男，1971年生于安徽。2006年，毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所，获博士学位，师从李国杰院士。现任中国科学院计算技术研究所研究员、博士生导师、副总工、网络科学与技术研究部主任，兼任中国科技大学客座博士生导师和东北大学客座教授。曾任英国帝国理工学院客座研究员、韩国浦项工大访问学者。目前主要致力于网络科学、信息内容安全以及互联网搜索与服务等方面的研究，担任国家信息安全专项计划专家组管理专家，中国中文信息学会理事，信息检索专委会副主任等职。主编学术专著两部，在WWW、ACM SIGIR、ACM CIKM、PKDD、IEEE Web Intelligence等国际学术会议和Expert Syst. Appl、JCST等国内外重要学术刊物发表高水平学术论文60余篇，获得软件著作权和专利十多项。曾获国家科技进步二等奖、中科院科技进步二等奖、中国科学院优秀青年学者奖、国家科技攻关先进个人、所长奖教金、中国科学院研究生院优秀教师、中国科学院优秀博士论文等奖励和荣誉。
